The sender should be aware that the processing of his or her above indicated personal data is required in order to complete his or her request. This data will not be communicated to third parties without the sender's permission.
Fabrizio Bianchetti shall be responsible for the processing of the sender's personal data. The processing of the sender's personal data shall be carried out in compliance with Directive 46/95/CE of the 24/10/1995 and Law 31.12.1996 No. 675 regarding the protection of personal data. The sender shall benefit from the rights stipulated in article 13 of this law.
